I recently watched a documentary called “Game Changer,” it was about plant-based diets. The next one I am planning to watch is “The 13th”. It explores the history of racial inequality in the United States.

What do you look for in a documentary? Do you have some favorites? Have you researched after watching a documentary? Did it change your life in any way, such as becoming a vegetarian or vegan after watching a docuseries?

One documentary that has always stuck with me was “The True Cost†on Netflix. It’s based on the repercussions of fast fashion and goes in depth about sweat shops in Southern Asia. It was very moving.
